Welcome to the Member Support Module!

In this video we’ll do an over the shoulder view of some basic website navigation
functions!

Please Note; this tutorial is for the desktop & tablet versions of the website. Some
functions on the mobile version may be slightly different such as the the design tool
software. We’ll touch on this in the membership benefits module.

Let’s go right ahead and get started!

First, from the home page you’ll want to log in to your account with your username and
password

If this is your first time logging in, your username and password were emailed to the
email entered on your membership application (1) business day after your membership
payment. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.

If you are not able to retrieve this email, please submit a support ticket from the support
center for further assistance

If you are returning to the website but do not have your username and password, utilize
the “forgot password” option for the fastest password recovery or reset option or submit
a support ticket

Take Notice, after you log in, the main menu options on the home page will no longer be
visible but are available in the footer menu.

Once logged in you will be taken to the member dashboard

The member dashboard will act as your centralized location to access any function,
such as shopping, accessing member benefitsfeature or benefit of your membership
and member support

Each of these benefits and features are touched on in more detail throughout the
orientation.
