Update Order:
Once you have placed an order it immediately goes to processing so new items cannot be added in the Member Portal. You can leave a comment on your order to submit change requests and someone will reach out to you.
Please log in to the Member Portal.
Select My Account
Select Purchases
Choose add comment
Cancel Order:
Please log in to the Member Portal.
Select My Account
Select Purchase
Choose the Order you wish to cancel.
On the top right of the page select Cancel.
