Hello & Welcome to the Membership Benefits Module!

In this video we’ll discuss our Concierge Service, a featured benefit of membership you
now have access to as a Branded Apparel Club member.

We understand many of our members are business owners with busy lives and
businesses to run. With our Concierge Service you can now bypass the do-it-yourself
design and ordering process and allow our sales reps to design and place your orders
for you.

Simply upload your designs to your account and provide us with your order specifics
and we’ll handle the heavy lifting all the way until your package is delivered while
keeping you updated along the way.

To access this service, log in to your account and select “Conceirge” from the Member
Dashboard.

Please note; this service will only be accessible for members with a premium level
membership status. If you are not a premium level member, an option to upgrade your
membership will be available from the Concierge page.

Once on the Concierge Service page, you’ll select from the available option to place your
order with a sales rep or contact your account manager directly to schedule a
consultation.
