Getting Started

Hello New Member,

Welcome to Member Orientation

We’re excited to have you as a member and eager to service your business! Throughout
this orientation, I, as well as other Branded Apparel Club representatives, will be
covering a wide range of topics to ensure you are maximizing your new membership.

Make no mistake, this orientation was created with you, the busy business owner in
mind. Rather than force you to sit through one long video, each module has been broken
up into a series of short digestible videos to assist you with everything from navigating
the Branded Apparel Club and its affiliated websites to accessing member support and
everything in between.

While these self paced videos can be accessed from anywhere at anytime by simply
logging into your account from a desktop, tablet or mobile device, it is highly
recommended that you place all orders from a desktop or tablet device for an optimal shopping experience. We’ll cover this in more detail on the Shop Tutorial located in the
MEMBER RESOURCES & SUPPORT module….

Last but not least, it is not a requirement to complete the entire orientation in one
sitting. As mentioned before, orientation is self paced and progress tracked. This will
allow you to pause viewing to return later to continue where you last left off. It is also
not a requirement to complete videos in sequential order although it is recommended to
ensure you don’t miss any important information that may have been covered in a
previous video.

At the completion of orientation we are confident you will have a full understanding of
the value of your membership and how to best make use to your benefit!
