Affiliate Terms and Conditions

To become an affiliate of Branded Apparel Club LLC “Branded Apparel Club”, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this affiliate agreement (“agreement”).

1. DEFINITIONS

The following terms, labels, words and assumed names are defined within this affiliate agreement as such:

“Branded Apparel Club” is defined as the assumed name of Branded Apparel Club LLC and its managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com.

“affiliate” is defined as an individual, person (legal or natural) or entity who registered to participate in the Branded Apparel Club affiliate program.

“referral candidate” is defined as any individual, person or entity who is tracked and identified by IP address as a website visitor of the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com as a result of the marketing efforts of an affiliate.

“referral” is defined as any individual, person or entity who submits a membership application on the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com as a result of the marketing efforts of an affiliate.

“membership application” is defined as the submission by any individual, person or entity to access the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com.

“member” is defined as any individual, person or entity who electronically submitted a membership application and paid a membership fee on the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com.

“non-member” is defined as an affiliate who has not completed a membership application on the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com.

“active member” is defined as a member who is in good standing.

“good standing” is defined as a member whose membership fee is current with Branded Apparel Club.

“current” is defined as the payment status of a member.

“membership fee” is defined as monetary exchange for access to the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com and access to the associated products and services offered by the Branded Apparel Club to an active member.

“affiliate program” is defined as the Branded Apparel Club managed website brandedapparelclub.com

“participates” is defined as any and all actions by an affiliate who creates an affiliate account to perform access marketing tools for their marketing efforts

“affiliate account” refers to an account registered by an affiliate to access marketing tools for the purposes of marketing efforts.

“register” is defined as any individual, person or entity who completes an online application to access www.brandedapparelclub.com, www.bonafidepromo.com.

“marketing tools” is defined as text ads, unique urls, pre-scripted social media messages, website banners.

“marketing efforts” is defined as any and all actions by an affiliate for the purposes of promoting, advertising, marketing, sharing and bringing general awareness to Branded Apparel Club managed websites www.brandedapparelclub.com, www.bonafidepromo.com and all services offered by the websites for the purposes of being compensated for a referral on and/or offline.

“compensated” and “compensation” are defined as monetary exchange for affiliate marketing efforts.

“commission payout” is defined as the act compensation, as defined in this affiliate agreement.

“credited referral” is defined as any referral who is tracked in the affiliate program to an affiliate for his or her marketing efforts.

“credited grace period” is defined as the number of calendar days from the date a referral candidate last visited the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com as a result of the affiliates marketing efforts.

“IP address” is defined as the tracked geographical location of a member

“track(ed)” is defined as the digital identity of the Branded Apparel Club managed website www.brandedapparelclub.com website visitors.

2. Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Branded Apparel Club service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Branded Apparel Club affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions:

Disclosures

Branded Apparel Club does not make any guarantees to affiliates. Branded Apparel Club reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, decline and/or remove affiliates from participating in the affiliate program for any reason without prior notice or warning.

False Representations

Affiliates are prohibited from making false and or misleading representations as officers, managers, partners, agents, representatives, owners, employees or contractors of Branded Apparel Club.

Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years of age and US citizens to participate in the affiliate program. Members & non-members are eligible to participate in the affiliate program. There is no fee to participate in the affiliate program.

Affiliate Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to protect confidential information associated with the affiliate program including but not limited to usernames, passwords, email addresses, third party websites and banking information.

Payments

Affiliates are compensated on or around the 15th of every month for their marketing efforts per credited referral from the previous month. Payments are issued via bank wire transfer or Paypal. Compensation amounts will be contingent upon the affiliates Branded Apparel Club member status  at the time of commission payouts.  

Marketing

Acceptable forms of advertising, promoting and marketing Branded Apparel Club are opt-in/permission based email marketing to lists cultivated and managed by the affiliate. Affiliates may utilize the marketing tools provided in the affiliate program on affiliates own social media pages and owned websites. Affiliates may not use spamming tactics to promote, market or advertise Branded Apparel Club. Affiliate may not utilize pay per click advertising that directs referral candidates to the Branded Apparel Club website.

Tracking

Referral candidates are tracked by IP address. The last affiliate url clicked by the referral candidate prior to completing the membership application is the affiliate who will receive credit if the membership application was completed within the 60 day credited grace period

Step 2: Browse our products to select your preferred styles and colors

Step 3: Quickly create mockups by uploading or creating your own designs with our user friendly design tool or hire our professional graphic designers to create a quality custom design or make alterations to existing images and designs.

Step 4: Choose the sizes and quantities you need, checkout & let us handle the rest.

Refunds for membership fees are eligible for members who have not approved a quote or placed a deposit on an order at any time during their membership period. Once a quote has been approved or a deposit has been placed on an order, your order immediately progresses to the production phase, thus waiving your eligibility for a membership fee and/or deposit refund in some cases as production begins immediately after the approval and/or deposit has been received.

Yes. Members can cancel their membership at any time by simply submitting a ticket. Please include the name of your business in your request. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request.

Yes! Our affiliates receive $20 for every successful new member referred via their referral custom referral link generated inside their affiliate portal. Non Branded Apparel Club members are eligible to participate in our affiliate program but we strongly recommend affiliates become a member to receive full benefits such as discounted entry to events hosted by Branded Apparel Club nationwide plus more.

Yes, we offer a wide range of premium pre-decorated apparel products (minimum pre-decorated orders = $100 before shipping & taxes).

Yes, once you are a member you can purchase premium apparel brands at wholesale rates (minimum blank orders = $250 before shipping & taxes).

We offer a wide variety of garments to choose from for your custom printing needs such as hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, safety vests, tote bags, aprons plus much more. We carry women and youth garments with sizes ranging from extra small to 6X. Our full catalog website can be viewed upon becoming a member.

Simply login to your account & select your garment of choice in the “Design Your Own” section of the member portal. Once your garment is selected, click “Start Designing” to upload or create a design from scratch with our user-friendly design tool.

Our minimum order quantity for custom printed apparel is 12 items per design. For blank apparel orders, there is a minimum order amount of $250 required. For Pre-Decorated orders the minimum order amount is $100 before shipping & taxes.

We use commercial grade embroidery, sublimation, direct to garment, and screen printing equipment to create high quality custom apparel and other products. We are a true one-stop decoration shop who can handle orders that range from 12 to 1000s.

Upon becoming a member, you will gain instant access to our full catalog website with wholesale pricing. On this members-only website you can shop our wide range of products, upload a design or create a design with our user-friendly design tool. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our members. There are no hidden or extra fees associated with becoming a member. As a member you are only charged the annual $69.99 annual membership fee and normal costs associated with your order.

We report to CreditSafe, Cortera (Moody’s Analytics), and we just acquired one of the MAJOR business credit bureaus — exclusive to Branded Apparel Club members.

Due to our confidentiality agreement with this bureau, we can only disclose the name to active members. However, you’re welcome to call us to inquire before signing up — we’re happy to answer your questions.

We submit reports during the first week of each month, covering any accounts with balances due from the prior month. It’s a great way to strengthen your business credit while growing your brand.

Yes, all members have the option to place orders on net 30 terms. During the checkout portion of your order, select “add to account” to bill your order to your account. Orders for new members will require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due in 30 days. Complete our application to become a member.
